Our largest & most luxurious hot tub! The Relax - Lounger.
With 5 seats and a lounger its perfect for relaxing with friends , family or just to yourself!
With 28 powerful jets the Relax is the perfect to feel the benefits of hydrotherapy. Additionally, the inclusion of a lounger seat enhances the overall relaxation experience.
To accommodate the tub, you'll need a minimum access width of 85cm and height of 190cm, with no tight corners, chimneys ,drain pipes or any other obstruction.
Also, make sure you have a level surface that's able to support 1.5 tonnes, this can be a grassed area but a solid ground is preferred.
. You'll also need a power point located at least 7.5 meters away from where you want the hot tub to go. Plus access to a water supply and drain.

About Hot Tub Hire / Rental
Where can the hot tub go?
It is recommended that the hot tub be situated on a stable foundation, preferably concrete or slabs. However, it can also be placed on decking or grassy areas as long as the surface can withstand 1.5 tonnes. Ensure that the surrounding area is clear of any obstructions for easy access.
Can I hire the Hot Tub for one day?
Can I use an extension lead?
No unfortunately not, you cannot use an extension lead as this runs the risk of an electrical fire. All of our tubs have a 10M cable so please ensure there is a working socket within this distance. We can go through ground floor windows if you don't have an outdoor socket
Do I need to be there on setup/collection?
What do I do with the chemicals?
All chemicals needed for the Hot Tub rental period will be provided by our team, in addition to supplying you with all the relevant setup information. We also available by phone if you have any questions during the hire.
How long does the Hot Tub take to heat up?
Our policy requires a minimum weekend hire, although we are flexible and can arrange week-long or extended hire periods as well. Please note that the hot tub typically takes 12-24 hours to heat. Therefore, we make sure to set it up on Thursday to ensure it is fully prepared for use by Friday.
Is there any delivery charges?
Within 10 miles of our showroom there is no charge for delivery or collection. If you are located further than this then a small delivery cost is calculated based on mileage.
In order for our team to provide you with instructions on how to use the tub and have you sign our T&Cs, it is necessary for someone to be present during the setup. Nevertheless, if we are able to access an external power supply, collection can be organized without requiring anyone to be on-site.
Do you take a deposit & how do I pay?
Yes we take a small £50 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking , we then take the remaining payment upon delivery of the hot tub. You can pay this via our website and full payment can be made in person or online.
All of our tubs heat up to 40c , the time ranges from 12-24 hours depending on ambient temperature and starting temperature.
If you have access to a hot tap then we can fill with hot water to speed this up.
How long will it take to set up?
Typically set up will take an hour or so , please make sure access is clear and we can get to power and water so we can set up as soon as we arrive.
