FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
About Hot Tub & Swim Spa Servicing

Does the Hot Tub need to be full?

Yes, when our team arrives, it's best if the Hot Tub is filled and above 30°c for the chemical flush effectively.

Do I need to provide chemicals?

Our team will provide all chemicals needed to service the Hot Tub, however if you wish to purchase any further chemicals on the day, our engineers carry a range of stock on the van.

How often do I need my Hot Tub serviced?

We recommend a complete service annually to ensure your Tub stays in good condition.

We offer discount for more frequent services so contact us for information.

My Hot Tub is not working, can it be serviced?

No, the Hot Tub needs to be in full working condition for our team to service it fully - we would typically arrange a callout to diagnose the problem first.

Do I need to be present for the service?

Yes, unless we have agreed prior that you are not able to be present. If needed, our team will advise you on any potential issues or findings during the service.

Do you complete any repairs as part of the service?

Our trained team will repair any minor issues during the service such as missing cover clips, replacement screws etc - any larger repairs can be quoted for and repaired on the day if we have the parts in stock.

Do you service "branded" Hot Tubs?

At SilebySpas we service all makes and models of hot tubs, we have a range of experience across various brands known in the Hot Tub industry.

Do I need to do anything?

No our team will take care of everything, please make sure they have access to power, water and that the Hot Tub is clear & accessible.
