Important Sizing Information

Please note that all measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. We strongly recommend comparing the dimensions, notch spacing, and overall shape with your existing pillow before ordering.

To be absolutely certain you are purchasing the correct replacement hot tub pillow, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will be happy to assist with identification and compatibility checks. Sending a photograph of your existing pillow and fixing arrangement can help ensure the correct replacement is supplied.

Fixing Clips / Pins

As most hot tub pillows are secured using clips or fixing pins that remain attached to the hot tub shell, replacement pillows are supplied without clips or pins as standard.

However, if you require replacement clips or fixing pins, we are happy to provide them free of charge where possible. Simply leave a note when placing your order or send us a message after purchase. To ensure we supply the correct fitting, we will usually require a clear photograph of your existing clip or pin.
